Must live, work or go to school for 30 days prior (Thursday, January 27, 2022) to the date of the competition in Broome County, Cayuga County, Chenango County, Cortland County, Jefferson County, Lewis County, Madison County, Oneida County, Onondaga County, Oswego County, Tioga County, or Tompkins County.
